We only use our Trading Assistant service upon request by our clients or on our suggestion. All furs accepted on consignment are offered first via traditional methods. If your fur does not sell in the open market / traditional methods, we will suggest you consider using our TA service.

Trading Assistants are experienced eBay sellers who will sell your items for you on eBay for a fee. By hiring BDC as your Trading Assistant, you can take advantage of our fur knowledge of selling furs and our eBay expertise, save time and effort, and still reap the rewards of selling your item on eBay and other auction sites.

We will do all the work of selling an item on eBay for you, from listing an item and answering customer service inquiries, to collecting payment and shipping the item to the winning buyer.

Service description

  

I will pick-up, write an appraisal, photograph, list, pack and ship your items.

 

 A Furrier for over 20 years in the MD/DC/VA area. Specializing in fur appraisals repairs, remodeling, new and used fur services.  Do you have furs that you have inherited, have gotten too small or you just have no use for them anymore.  I’ll take care of them for you.  If you want to donate your fur to a charity and they don’t accept furs, let me sell them for you and you can donate the proceeds.  I are one the of area’s top furriers frequently contacted by local insurance companies and estate sales companies.  I will sell it for you on eBay quickly and professionally. We have been sellers on eBay since 1997. Please review our feed back. We will get the highest possible bid for you. Depending on the type, quality and condition of the fur item, I may use the PREMIUM RATE PLAN which cost a little more, but allows more visibility and higher chances of being sold.

 

 

Fees

 

I require a deposit of $50 when I pick up your item. This deposit is applied toward eBay posting fees and written appraisal.  All fees related to posting, such as .15 per picture, eBay and PayPal fees, are on top of the 40% fee I charge for the FINAL SALE VALUE.  I will negotiate fee for high value items.

I will give the seller a total of fees before listing the item. Sellers are responsible for all fees incurred by the listing at the time of the listing whether the item sells or not, such as gallery fees, and additional picture fees.

Unless you are selling a very large item I will supply packaging for any thing shipped via UPS insured delivery.
At this time, I do not sell internationally.
Payment for you will be processed promptly upon receipt of payment for the item sold

  Terms and conditions

 I reserve the right to refuse any item I do not think will sell.--I also pass all eBay fees and Pay-Pal fees incurred by your listing on to you,     including optional feature fees.
  If the item doesn’t sell, you are still responsible for eBay posting fees. 
When I receive the item, I will ask you for the LOWEST PRICE you will accept for your item.  This means I will set a RESERVE price on the fur, which will be your LOWEST PRICE. 
If no one hits the RESERVE, I will contact you to see if you will accept the highest price closest to your reserve and will encourage you to do so.
If no one hits the reserve this means the item is not in demand at this time or maybe your reserve was too high.

NOTE:  If an item has a BID on it,  IT WILL  BE SOLD.  ITEMS CANNOT BE PULLED FROM EBAY WHEN A BID HAS BEEN MADE
